Eva's paradise Hotel

Me and my friends got so lucky that there were still free rooms at Eva's Paradise, because, to be completely honest, there is no other place with this level of attention and care that Jakov gives to his guests. We were there for just a few days, and it was enough to start feeling at home. There is not a single bad thing I can write about this hotel. It is 2 steps away from the beach and all the restaurants and cafes but also from the main street with shops and a gym, if you are interested. There is a nice pool, where you can hang out while having a glass of beer that Jakov would happily offer you together with some tequila :D The rooms are cleaned every day, which means fresh bed sheets and towels. And what makes it all even better is the AC in each room. But, as I mentioned before, the highlight of this place is Jakov himself. <3

After five trips to Zipolite, Eva’s is now my go to hotel. The owner Jakov was incredibly kind and helpful during our trip. He had great local tips for food and where to go. The hotel is gorgeous and everything was super clean. The pool area alone makes the hotel, and the location couldn’t be better. A huge thank you to Jakov. Can’t wait to come back!

Me he hospedado con 2 amigos de Alemania y en verdad que hemos tenido la mejor experiencia posible, Jakob fue el mejor anfitrión. Desde la llegada nos hizo sentir en casa y nos brindo la mejor atención, nos mostró lugares alrededor, se tomó la molestia de llevarnos al cajero automático, y nos hizo enamoramos de Zipolite y de au hotel por su atención tan cerca, era como estar en casa de un amigo. En verdad una experiencia increíble tanto como Mexicano y como para extranjeros. Lq localización del hotel es a pasos de la playa, y también de los comercios y bares principales. Las habitaciones tienen unaa camas super cómodas y las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, todos los días limpiaban el cuarto y cambiaban toallas y hacían la cama. Muchas gracias Jakov! 10/10

Una estancia perfecta! La ubicacion es inmejorable, a 1 minuto de la playa y del adoquin. Pero lo suficientemente alejado del ajetreo para los que queremos veladas tranquilas. Las habitaciones estan perfectas y la piscina es un lujo. Ademas tubimos el placer de conocer a Nico, quien nos ofrecio un servicio excepcional. Aparte de su servicio, nos brindo su amabilidad y nos ayudo con nuestra estancia en mexico. Sin duda la recomendaremos. Un abrazo a Nico y a Pio.

I visited Zipolite and I'm so happy I stayed at Eva's Paradise. It has the ideal location - you won't go through any dark allies to get to/leave the place. It's close by to restaurants, bars and stores BUT they're not next door so it's far enough to avoid the noisy and busy Zipolite nights. On top of that, it's located 20 steps away from the beach. The staff is great, helpful and kind - always giving recommendations for where to eat, go out and always checking that everything is perfect and comfortable. On my last day they let me stay longer and enjoy their clothing-optional premises until I had to leave. The room has all the essentials and more, including AC, ceiling fan, king size bed... Everything is new and really comfortable - I slept very well. The value for money here is excellent. Zipolite is getting more expensive by the day and a fair-priced hotel that values quality like Eva's Paradise is the best option to enjoy Zipolite and a lovely hotel without feeling ripped off. I will definitely come back.

Excelente lugar para relajarse!!! Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía maravillosa. Jakov excelente anfitrión!!! Siempre pendiente de sus huéspedes. La ubicación es buena. Estás a 20 pasos de la playa y a 30 del adoquín, donde encuentras comida bebida y fiesta. No cuenta con estacionamiento pero hay lugares disponibles sobre la calle y el lugar es muy seguro para dejar el auto. 100 % Recomendable.

Súper recomendable! El trato de Jakov y Nico hacen que te sientas comod@. Cuenta con aire acondicionado, está impecable de limpio, y está a 70 metros de la playa. La alberca está increíble. De los mejores hoteles que visité en mi estancia en Oaxaca.
